Welcome to World Car Accessories. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully before using our services or placing an order.

1. Product Images & Colours

We make every reasonable effort to display product colours accurately on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your device or monitor will exactly match the actual product, as colour representation may vary between devices and screens.

2. Age Requirement

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the website and its services.

3. Limitation of Liability

World Car Accessories shall not be held liable for damages or losses incurred by users as a result of using the website or its services, including, but not limited to, loss of income or data resulting from delays, non-delivery, missing deliveries, service interruptions, or acts or omissions of vendors or service providers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, World Car Accessories shall also not be liable for damages arising from failure of performance, negligence, defects, deletion, errors, omissions, interruptions, delays in operation or transmission, computer viruses, communication-line failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of records.

4. Responsibility for Courier Shipments

For orders shipped to major cities through private courier companies arranged by World Car Accessories, World Car Accessories will accept responsibility for the shipment, subject to the applicable shipping and delivery conditions.

5. Prices & Availability

Product prices, specifications, offers, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

6. Order Cancellation

Requests to cancel an order after it has been successfully placed on the World Car Accessories website will not be accepted.

7. Incorrect Pricing or Order Cancellation by World Car Accessories

World Car Accessories reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product has been incorrectly priced, incorrectly listed, is unavailable, or for any other valid reason.

This may apply even if the order has been verified or payment has already been received. If payment has been received for an order that is subsequently cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded to the customer and the customer will be notified.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

If an order cannot be delivered, or requires re-delivery, because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer — including an incomplete or incorrect name, address, phone number, or other delivery details — any additional delivery or re-delivery charges may be recovered from the customer.

9. Accuracy of Customer Information

Customers agree to provide accurate, authentic, complete, and truthful information when using World Car Accessories.

World Car Accessories reserves the right to verify information provided by customers. If any information is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading, World Car Accessories may, at its discretion, reject an order, restrict access to its services, or take other appropriate action without prior notice.

10. Payment & Card Fraud

Customers must only use payment cards or payment methods that they are legally authorised to use.

World Car Accessories shall not be responsible for fraudulent use of a payment card by a customer or any other person. Any customer found to have used a payment method fraudulently may be held responsible for the resulting consequences.

11. Complaints After Delivery

Customers must report any issue relating to their order or product within 7 days of delivery.

Complaints received after this 7-day period may not be accepted.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
