Return Policy

1. If you get a damaged or faulty product, or a product that does not meet the requirements specified in your initial purchase, you must contact the customer care team via one of the following channels:

a. Send an email to info@worldcaraccessories.com. Monday through Friday (10:30 am-5:30 pm).

2. World Car Accessories will check the validity and nature of your complaint after receiving it, and if they are satisfied that the complaint is legitimate, they will execute your request for a replacement.

3. Before accepting a shipment of any product, please inspect the packing to confirm that it is not damaged or tampered with. If you see that the shipment is damaged or tampered with, please decline delivery, and notify World Car Accessories as soon as possible. Depending on the type and category of the product, World Car Accessories may limit the product’s return procedure.

4. You must comply with the following requirements to return any items purchased through the Website:

a. Please inform World Car Accessories within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or faulty goods or service. World Car Accessories will not be held accountable for the failure to replace the order if you are unable to do so within 24 hours.

b. The merchandise must be new and unopened.

c. Through its own logistics partner, World Car Accessories will arrange for the damaged/defective product to be picked up. In the case that World Car Accessories is unable to do so, you will be notified, and you will be responsible to ship the goods via a reputable courier in your region within one-two days after receiving such notification.

d. Products must be returned in their original packaging, including price tags, labels, barcodes, user manuals, warranty cards, and invoices, among other things. It is recommended that the return packets be well-packaged so that the items do not suffer further damage during transportation.

e. In order to establish the authenticity of the complaint/return, World Car Accessories verifies and inspects the returned items.

If World Car Accessories accepts the return of a product, you will be reimbursed the value of the goods, as originally paid by you at acceptance of delivery of the product or otherwise. World Car Accessories or the authorized payment gateway will credit your reimbursements immediately to your debit/credit card or online accounts or give you with a check in this respect, depending on the form of payment. The following conditions will apply to refunds:

a. Orders paid for online will be reimbursed within 7-21 working days, either through the online account or by check, depending on World Car Accessories present conditions.

a. If you paid by Cash on Delivery, you would get a refund check or cashback in your account.

c. If the product has been used, it will be fixed by the service center, and World Car Accessories will repair it and return it to you (courier charges may apply).

d. A discount code that has been used will not be reimbursed if the customer or World Car Accessories cancels the order.

Cancellation by World Car Accessories

World Car Accessories reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever.

Cancellation by the User

In case of requests for order cancellations, World Car Accessories reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. World Car Accessories will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed.
