You are encouraged to read these terms and conditions carefully each time you use World Car Accessories.

1. We have made every attempt to correctly portray the color of our items that show on the site. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s representation of color will be correct because the actual colors you see will be dependent on your monitor.

2. The User confirms that he or she is at least 18 years old or has parental or legal guardian approval.

3. worldcaraccessories.com shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of their use of the website’s services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost income or data as a result of delays, non-delivery, missing deliveries, or service disruptions caused by the vendor’s act or omission. This limitation of liability also applies to any damages or injuries caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any other circumstance.

4. If your purchase was sent to any of the main cities and we employed “Private Courier Companies” to dispatch it, worldcaraccessories.com will accept “Full Responsibility” for it.

5. Product prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

6. Requests for order cancellations after they have been placed on worldcaraccessories.com will not be accepted.

7. www.worldcaraccessories.com has the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is incorrectly priced or for any other reason. Regardless of whether the order has been verified and/or money has been received, this will be the case. The payment will be returned to the User, who will be notified.

8. Any additional costs incurred by worldcaraccessories.com for re-delivery will be recovered from the User placing the order if the non-delivery or late delivery is due to a mistake by the User including incomplete names and addresses.

9. The User undertakes to provide information that is accurate, authentic, and truthful. World Car Accessories retains the right, at any time, to verify and authenticate the information and other details submitted by the User. If any of the User information are discovered to be false, World Car Accessories reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject the registration and prohibit the User from accessing www.worldcaraccessories.com services without prior notice.

10. World Car Accessories shall not be held accountable for any credit card fraud of any sort. The user will be held liable if they use a card fraudulently, and the onus to “prove otherwise” will be solely on the user. On the site, the User must only use his or her own card.

11. World Car Accessories will not accept any complaints once the order has been delivered for 7 days.

12. The appropriate Indian laws will govern the interpretation of this agreement. In any proceedings arising out of this agreement, the Delhi Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
